This policy explains what data our apps collect, why, and your choices. By using the apps you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Data	Why we collect it
Phone number	To create and secure your account and sign you in via one-time passcode (OTP).
Name and email address	If you provide them or sign in with Google or Apple, to identify your account.
Account / user identifiers	To operate the service, your queues, tickets and appointments.
Location (approximate and precise)	QM Customer only. To find services and queues near you. Used only while you use the app; not shared with other users.
Push notification token	To notify you about your queue position, turn and appointments.
Crash and performance diagnostics	To detect and fix problems and keep the app reliable (via Google Firebase Crashlytics).

We do not collect your contacts, photos, messages, browsing history, financial information or health records.

2. How we use your information

To provide the core features: joining queues, tracking your turn, booking appointments and (for staff) operating queues.
To send you service notifications about your tickets and appointments.
To secure your account and prevent abuse.
To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers

We use trusted processors who handle data on our behalf under their own security commitments, including Google Firebase (push notifications and crash reporting) and our cloud hosting provider. They may process data only to provide their service to us.

4. Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and service.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion, we remove your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights and choices

Access / correction: contact us to access or correct your data.
Deletion: request deletion of your account and data by emailing [email protected]. We will action it within 30 days.
Location: you can turn off location permission in your device settings; some "nearby" features will then be unavailable.
Notifications: you can disable push notifications in your device settings.

8. Children

The apps are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
